Students of 8th Primary School of Thebes celebrate World Mental Health Day . They made a feeling journal. It's simply writing down their thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. And if students struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can be a great idea. It can help them gain control of their emotions and improve their mental health. Additionally, students created posters with emotions.
