Feelings & Emotions

Image
Students from 8th Primary School of Thebes - Greece created collaboratively a poster with their feelings. The poster includes a range of emotions like happy, excited, loved, surprised, sad, angry, scared, confused, and annoyed. We hung up it on the wall of our classroom. We used the poster as part of a calming corner so our children can sit with the emotions if they are feeling overwhelmed or dysregulated.

Coding activities are activities that contribute to the development of students' problem-solving skills and critical, logical and analytical thinking. This funny and unplugged activity helped students learn about Morse code and how it was used in World War II. Students from 8th Primary School of Thebes Greece created and sent messages using Morse Code. Students wrote their messages about the Sustainable Development Goals and sent them to their partners who in order to understand it, had to decode the message.  School: 8th Primary School of Thebes Greece Teacher: Irene Matsagoura (ΕΙΡΗΝΗ ΜΑΤΣΑΓΓΟΥΡΑ)
